How do I know whether my child needs an educational assessment?
Assessment may be useful where an important educational question remains unanswered and new evidence would change support or decision-making. If good recent evidence already exists, profiling or consultation may be a better first step.
Do we need another assessment if we already have a report?
Not necessarily. NeuroMap Profiling is specifically designed to work from existing evidence where the issue is interpretation, integration or implementation rather than a lack of assessment data.
What ages do you work with?
The current source material does not define a public age range. This should be confirmed before a specific age range is published.
How much does it cost?

How long does the process take?
The source material does not support a universal fixed timescale. Timing should be confirmed after the assessment question, evidence and required components are clear.
Can NeuroMap work from an existing assessment?
Yes. Existing-report integration is a core starting point where the evidence is useful but families or schools need a clearer pattern, priorities and practical direction.
Can you speak with school?
School consultation can be part of the agreed service scope. The exact involvement should be agreed with the family/school and handled with appropriate consent.
Does NeuroMap diagnose ADHD or autism?
The website should not present NeuroMap as providing a medical or clinical diagnosis unless the exact regulated scope is verified. It can address educational functioning and refer or signpost where another professional pathway is needed.
Can a report guarantee extra time in exams?
No. Schools and examination bodies make decisions under their applicable rules. Assessment evidence may contribute to that process but does not guarantee an arrangement.
Do you work with international schools?
International-school contexts are central to the practice experience described on the site, and school consultation/support can be scoped where appropriate.
What information should I send in the first enquiry?
Keep the initial enquiry concise. Avoid unnecessary sensitive child information. The practice can advise what records are relevant once the starting point is clear.
